Education:

Experience:
Previous healthcare, recruiting background is preferred with specific knowledge of the medical/physician community.
Knowledge of the physician credentialing process, a plus.

- Comfortable talking with leaders and physicians on a regular basis
- Medical terminology
- EA experience
Works with the in-house physician recruitment team to profile positions and develop practice opportunity descriptions. Attends physician recruitment/business development meetings, physician onboarding meetings, and Physician Recruitment functions, as needed.
Works closely with physician recruitment team to enhance the physician recruitment experience.
Manages the physician recruitment database in order to maintain status of all candidates and searches.
Pay: $50.00 per hour
