Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled MERN Stack / Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, along with frontend and backend development experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using MERN Stack technologies.
- Design responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
- Build secure and scalable backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Manage databases, queries, and optimization using MongoDB/MySQL.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Handle deployment, hosting, and server management.
- Work on ERP, CRM, and government-based software projects.
- Maintain proper documentation and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub version control.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security.
- Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in MERN Stack / Full Stack Development.
