Job Description — Social Media & Brand Communications
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and digitally hands-on professional to manage our social media, brand communication, digital presence, and content production across platforms.
The role involves a mix of social media management, graphic design, website management, video production, marketing collateral, and digital communications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking a project from concept to final execution, while maintaining consistency with the organisation’s brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage the organisation’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, publish, and manage social media content.
- Develop platform-specific content including posts, reels, shorts, videos, and other digital formats.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and communication across platforms.
- Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
Branding & Creative Design
- Design and maintain marketing and brand communication material.
- Design proposals, presentations, pitch decks, brochures, social media creatives, event collateral, and other marketing material.
- Translate concepts and business requirements into clean, professional visual communication.
- Maintain consistency across typography, layouts, colours, imagery, and other brand elements.
- Work primarily with Canva and PowerPoint, with flexibility to use other design tools where required.
Website Management & Digital Presence
- Manage and update the organisation’s primary WordPress website.
- Coordinate with the external website developer for technical changes, improvements, and new requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve website content, structure, user experience, and visual presentation.
- Design and prototype new websites or digital experiences when required, including using tools such as Replit.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
