Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate
- Perform repairs using hand tools and power tools, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems quickly and effectively to minimize downtime
- Assist in installing new equipment or upgrading existing systems to improve efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used for accountability and future reference
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Touch up and painting of rooms, hallways or any other areas identified during inspections.
- Power washing entrances.
- Guest support as needed.
- Walking between properties in downtown is required based on job needs during the shift.
- Support emergency repairs or urgent maintenance requests as needed to keep operations on track
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance or repair roles
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, or diagrams to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance challenges
- Prior experience painting and dry wall repairs.
- Quick learner and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
