We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. This role will assist in our KL Branch accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a full set of accounts, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and plan and execute multiple priorities and tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements
- Track operational expenses and assist in maintaining accurate cost records
- Prepare internal reports and schedules for management as needed
- Assist with payment processing and documentation
- Support month-end closing processes and liaise with external auditors when needed
- Help maintain compliance-related financial records (e.g., audit trail, supporting documents)
- Handle ad hoc finance and admin tasks in a lean, trust-based environment
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a regulated or financial services environment
- Strong attention to detail, good with numbers, and comfortable with routine tasks
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, Autocount, or similar)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy and discreet when handling financial and confidential information
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
