About the Role:
As the General Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of ZarVo Motors, making sure all departments run smoothly. You’ll make key business decisions, develop strategies, and work closely with department heads to ensure we meet our goals and continue to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:
● Lead the Dealership: Oversee all aspects of the dealership, from sales and service to finance and customer relations.
● Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
● Team Leadership: Manage and mentor department heads, ensuring all teams work together seamlessly.
● Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile, happy with their experience at Carget Motors.
● Financial Oversight: Keep a close eye on budgets, profits, and expenses, making sure we hit our financial goals.
Who We’re Looking For:
● Experience: 7+ years of management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
● Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on positive results.
● Business Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, and analyze financial reports.
● Customer-First Mindset: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
