Job Summary
- Provide L2/L3 production support for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1/PAx) and IBM Cognos Analytics applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PAx reports, TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, TI processes, Cognos reports, and dashboards .
- Monitor data loads, cube performance, report execution, PAx workbooks, and system health.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents and performance issues.
- Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analytics processes.
- Manage user access, security, environment administration, deployments, and release activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Finance teams, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and ensure service continuity.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management activities while ensuring SLA compliance and operational excellence.
- Strong expertise in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1/PAx), Cube Design, Turbo Integrator (TI), Rules & Feeders, Cognos Analytics, Reporting, Dashboard Development, Framework Manager, and SQL .
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.
Key Responsibilities
