Responsibilities

Lead Advent Geneva development across RSL/RDL reporting, configuration, customization, and production support

Design robust solutions that align FP&A needs with investment management and asset management workflows

Implement and maintain Geneva configurations to ensure accurate accounting and portfolio outputs
-
Build and optimize SQL queries and scripts to support reporting, reconciliation, and data quality checks
-
Coordinate integrations with upstream and downstream systems to maintain reliable data flows
-
Troubleshoot issues across the trade lifecycle and resolve defects to meet operational timelines
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into technical deliverables
-
Document configurations, report logic, and support procedures to improve maintainability
Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Advent Geneva experience including RSL/RDL development, configuration, customization, and support
-
Proven leadership experience guiding technical delivery and supporting teammates in a lead capacity

Strong investment management and asset management domain experience

Solid Advent Geneva reporting and configuration skills across end-to-end support needs
-
Good SQL and scripting skills for data analysis and automation
-
Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to financial data

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for effective collaboration and documentation

Accounting and Financial knowledge in an investment operations context

Portfolio Management knowledge including positions, performance, and reporting concepts
