Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems including single-ply membrane roofing, metal roofing, and other commercial roof types.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute project plans.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete roofing tasks with precision.
- Ensure all work complies with construction safety regulations, including proper use of safety harnesses and ladder safety procedures.
- Perform siding installation, stucco application, drywall work, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry, and other related construction tasks as needed.
- Conduct heavy lifting and material handling while following safety protocols to prevent injuries.
- Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to guide installation or repair projects effectively.
Skills
- Extensive experience with roofing installation, repair, and restoration projects in commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawing comprehension.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, tile laying tools, and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and OSHA standards.
- Skilled in metal stud framing, framing carpentry, drywall installation, caulking techniques, stucco application, masonry work, plumbing integration, and remodeling tasks.
- Outdoor work experience with the ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics related to roofing systems such as single-ply membranes or metal roofing components.
- Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocol adherence and quality craftsmanship.

Pay: $24.44 - $35.46 per hour
