Duties and Responsibilities
- Accompanies and assists EMT Nurse on calls in transporting sick, injured or recovering persons.
- Places patients on stretchers and loads stretchers into ambulances usually with assistance from other attendants.
- Administers first aid such as bandaging, splinting and administering oxygen.
- Removes and replaces solid linens and equipment to maintain sanitary conditions.
- Replaces supplies and disposable items on ambulance.
- Inspecting the ambulance before each shifty, checking the fuel, oil, transmission fluid, wiper fluid, and coolant and reporting any needed repairs.
- Checking the first aid medical supplies inventory levels before each shift and ensuring the ambulance is well-stocked.
- Sanitizing the ambulance and safely disposing any medical waste and soiled linens.
- Maintaining your driving log with daily entries and noting patients names and address, travel times, mileage and service performed.
- Reporting accident facts to medical personnel and police officers when necessary.
Educational Attainment
- College undergraduate of any course or any equivalent on vocational and technical graduate.
- With valid Drivers License
- EMS-NCII Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
