Merchant Banking Manager / Executive: Role Overview
- Primary Goal: Act as the main trusted advisor between business clients and the financial institution.
- Core Focus: Deliver tailored banking solutions including loans, credit lines, treasury services, and merchant processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and corporate executives.
- Financial Assessment: Review client cash flow, financial statements, and growth plans to recommend optimal banking products.
- Credit & Lending: Guide clients through loan applications, lines of credit, and commercial credit underwriting requirements.
- Portfolio Growth: Identify new business opportunities and meet acquisition and revenue targets set by the bank.
- Advisory Services: Provide insights on market trends, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in business banking, commercial lending, or financial relationship management.
- Hard Skills: Strong financial analysis, credit evaluation, and proficiency in financial modeling software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,250,000.00 per year
