Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols, conducting analyses, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. This role is vital in fostering a culture of quality within the organisation and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent product excellence.

Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and internal quality standards.

- Analyse data from quality control tests to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Train staff on quality assurance practices, CQC principles, and the importance of maintaining product integrity.

- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics for management review.

- Liaise with external regulatory bodies as required to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

- Monitor supplier performance to ensure they meet quality requirements.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of CQC principles and their application in quality management.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Relevant qualifications in Quality Assurance or related fields are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
