Now, we’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and smooth-steering Lead Driver to jump behind the wheel of our 26-foot box trucks and lead the crew!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Commanding the Ship: Safely navigate and drive our 26-foot box trucks across the Valley like a pro.
- Leading the Team: Act as the captain on site, keeping the crew motivated, organized, and moving efficiently.
- Delivering 5-Star Smiles: Chat with customers, answer their questions, and keep the moving day vibe light, stress-free, and fun.
- Dotting the I's and Crossing the T's: Keep detailed records, manage paperwork, and uphold all company standards and safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For
- Box Truck Expertise: Previous experience driving a 26-foot box truck (or similar commercial vehicles) is highly preferred.
- Clean Driving Record: A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is a must—we like our driving smooth and our record spotless!
- DOT Compliant: Familiarity with DOT rules, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and driver logs.
- Time Ninja: Punctuality isn't just nice to have—it's your superpower. When you say 8:00 AM, you mean 7:55 AM.
- Heavy Lifting Champ: Able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy furniture and boxes with proper lifting technique and stamina.
- Awesome Attitude: Great customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
