Roles & Responsibilities
Project Planning & Control

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and milestones.

Monitor project progress against approved plans and identify deviations.

Track critical paths, dependencies, and project deliverables.
-
Support project managers in developing recovery plans when required.
Financial Management
-
Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

Monitor actual costs versus budget and forecast variances.
-
Ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting.
-
Support capital expenditure (CAPEX) tracking and project investment reporting.
Reporting & Governance
-
Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports.
-
Develop dashboards and KPIs for project tracking.
-
Provide management with clear visibility on project status, risks, budget, and timelines.

Ensure compliance with project governance and reporting standards.
Risk & Change Management
-
Maintain project risk and issue registers.
-
Monitor mitigation actions and escalation requirements.
-
Track scope changes and assess schedule and cost implications.
-
Support change approval processes and documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination
-
Work closely with project managers, finance teams, engineering teams, procurement, and business stakeholders.

Facilitate project review meetings and governance forums.

Ensure alignment across project workstreams regarding timelines and deliverables.
Systems & Documentation
-
Maintain project documentation and records.
-
Ensure data integrity across project management tools and ERP systems.

Support project audits and compliance reviews.

Identifying risks, deviations, and bottlenecks early, enabling proactive mitigation and minimizing project disruptions.

Enhancing transparency through timely reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking, ensuring leadership has clear visibility of project health and progress.

Supporting governance and compliance by ensuring adherence to project management standards, processes, and financial controls.

Collaborating across cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive execution of key project milestones.

Optimizing resource utilization and project efficiencies to maximize value delivery and achieve business objectives.

Contributing to continuous improvement by strengthening project control practices, tools, and reporting frameworks across the organization.
To succeed:
Qualifications & exp:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-
PMP, PRINCE2, or Project Controls certification preferred.
-
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SAP, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
-
15+ years of experience in Project Controls, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or Capital Projects.
-
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and reporting for complex projects.
-
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred.
