Descriptions:
This is a varied and challenging role within a fast-paced multinational environment, supporting Accounts Payable operations for Japan entities. The position is responsible for invoice processing, vendor management, account reconciliations, compliance, audit support, and issue resolution while driving continuous process improvement, automation, and operational excellence. The role is expected to evolve through increasing adoption of digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working to enhance productivity, insights, and business outcomes.

- Utilize AI and digital tools to enhance productivity, data analysis, and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Adapt to emerging technologies and incorporate AI-enabled solutions into daily work where applicable.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Strong accounting knowledge with experience in AP processes and financial reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred.
- Experience with BlackLine and Ariba is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrates proficiency in leveraging digital tools, automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, decision-making, and process effectiveness.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
