Role Summary
We are looking for an AI-Assisted Full-Stack Developer who can turn business requirements and process documents into working web applications using modern AI-powered coding tools. This role blends hands-on full-stack development with effective use of AI copilots (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, ChatGPT, and similar platforms) to rapidly prototype, build, refactor, and ship production-quality internal and customer-facing applications.
AI-Assisted Application Development
You will:
- Build web applications using AI-powered coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI development platforms.
- Convert prompts, business requirements, and process documents into functional applications.
- Rapidly prototype and validate new product ideas.
- Refactor and improve AI-generated code for scalability, security, and maintainability.
Full-Stack Development
Develop and maintain applications including:
- Internal business applications and admin panels
- Marketing and sales dashboards
- Lead management and CRM-related tools
- Quotation / pricing applications and product catalogues
- Customer portals and reporting dashboards
- Workflow automation systems and API integrations

You will follow an end-to-end delivery process:
Understand the business process → Break it into modules → Design the database structure → Create the UI/UX
→ Build the application → Integrate APIs → Test the workflow → Deploy the application → Collect feedback → Continuously improve it
API & System Integrations
Build and maintain integrations with:
- CRM systems, Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads
- WhatsApp APIs and payment gateways
- ERP systems, Zoho applications, and Odoo
- Email platforms, analytics platforms, and third-party SaaS applications
Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication (API keys, OAuth), data synchronization, and error handling is required.
AI Workflow & Prompt Engineering
- Write effective coding prompts.
- Break large applications into smaller development tasks.
- Review and debug AI-generated code.
- Identify hallucinations and incorrect implementations.
Give AI sufficient technical context.
- Create reusable prompts and development workflows.
- Use AI for documentation, testing, and code optimization.
Deployment & DevOps (Preferred)
- Git / GitHub, Vercel, AWS / Azure, Cloudflare
- Docker and CI/CD
- Domain & DNS configuration and environment variables
- Production deployment and application monitoring
Testing & Debugging
- Test applications before production release.
- Identify bugs independently and debug frontend and backend issues.
- Perform API testing and validate database transactions.
- Test different user roles and permissions.
- Ensure applications work across desktop and mobile.
- Maintain basic security standards.
