What You’ll Do
Learn the full lifecycle of a product — from market research and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch improvement — under the mentorship of experienced product leaders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and operations to support product development and delivery.
Conduct market research using interviews, surveys, and data analysis to understand user behavior and customer needs across different markets.
Assist in product planning, feature design, technical discussions, and quality checks to ensure smooth product execution.
Collect and analyze user feedback to support continuous product enhancement and iteration.
Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning, user enablement, and adoption strategies.
Participate in international product strategy initiatives and gain exposure to global business expansion.
Be open to overseas business travel or long-term international assignments when required.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, UX, AI, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze user needs and business challenges.
Understanding of product development workflows and familiarity with Agile methodologies or project tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
Quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-changing, international environment.
Passion for building products that serve global users.
Candidates must hold permanent residency in the country of employment.
Willing to travel and relocate internationally when required.
