About the Role
CSG Technosol is looking for a creative and passionate Frontend (UI/UX) Developer who has a strong sense of design, aesthetics and user experience. We are looking for someone who doesn’t just write frontend code, but can think creatively about how a product should look, feel and interact with users. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about modern web design, responsive interfaces, animations, usability and emerging UI/UX trends.
Freshers with strong creativity, good fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, attractive, responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Convert concepts, wireframes, Figma designs and requirements into functional frontend interfaces.
- Create engaging layouts with a strong focus on UI/UX, typography, spacing, colors, usability and visual consistency.
- Build responsive interfaces that work smoothly across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Develop reusable frontend components and maintain clean, structured code.
- Work with modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
- Create smooth animations, transitions, micro-interactions and interactive user experiences where appropriate.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers and project teams to build complete applications.
- Optimize frontend applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Continuously explore new UI/UX trends, tools, frameworks and technologies.
Skills We’re Looking For
Candidates should have knowledge of, or a strong interest in, technologies such as:
- HTML5 & CSS3
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React.js and/or Next.js
- Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap / Material UI or similar modern UI frameworks
- Responsive & Mobile-First Design
- Modern CSS, Flexbox & CSS Grid
- UI Components & Design Systems
- REST API integration
- Git / Version Control
- Basic understanding of frontend performance and SEO
Knowledge of the following will be an added advantage:
- Figma / Adobe XD or similar UI/UX design tools
- Framer Motion / GSAP or other animation libraries
- Shadcn/UI or other modern component libraries
- React Native or other mobile UI technologies
- Accessibility (WCAG) principles
- AI-assisted design and development tools
Most Important: Creativity
For this role, creativity matters as much as technical knowledge.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can:
- Think beyond standard templates.
- Create visually impressive yet practical interfaces.
- Understand what makes a UI feel modern and premium.
- Pay attention to small design details.
- Suggest improvements instead of simply following instructions.
- Understand the user’s perspective while designing an interface.
- Keep themselves updated with modern UI/UX trends.
Eligibility
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates from B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT/CS, Diploma, or other relevant technical backgrounds are preferred.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds may also apply if they have strong frontend/UI/UX skills and a good portfolio.
- Freshers should have good fundamentals and be willing to learn modern frontend technologies.
- A portfolio, GitHub profile, live project, Figma design, or sample UI work will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
