MSA Haute Couture is looking for a fashion retail experienced Sales Associate to join our luxury designer outlet in Great Neck.
Location: 8 Hicks Lane, Great Neck, NY
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday
Hours: Sunday 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday–Thursday 12:00 PM–7:00 PM
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Associate with experience in fashion retail. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with customers, assisting with luxury designer merchandise, and helping create a high-end shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Help customers with product selection, sizing, styling, and general questions
- Maintain the sales floor and ensure merchandise is organized and presentable
- Support daily store operations, including inventory, restocking, and keeping the boutique clean
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with designer outlet merchandise and promote current products in store
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or retail store environments preferred
- Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus; familiarity with retail lending and loan processing is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, retail math calculations, and data entry tasks
- Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems is desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in cash drawer handling and cash management processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude toward sales and customer engagement

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
