What You Will Do
- Gather, document and prioritize business requirements with commercial stakeholders, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the technical team
- Maintain the backlog organized and prioritized by value, applying the program's intake/gate criteria
- Validate deliveries against the original business rules
- Navigate proactively across different business stakeholders, co-building opportunity concepts, requirements and business rules alongside business and technology teams
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, reducing ambiguity and rework
- Use AI tools for idea prototyping and product concept validation
What We Are Looking For
- Advanced or fluent English — constant interaction with NAM stakeholders and international teams
- Solid experience in data, analytics or technology projects applied to business
- Investigative profile with strong initiative to actively gather information from multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills to operate as a bridge between business and technology teams
- Ability to deep-dive into scope, requirements and business definitions, proposing structured discussions
Nice To Have
- Experience with Commercial and/or Agro projects
- Knowledge of or familiarity with commercial/agro business dynamics
- Experience with Intelligence projects (BI, Data)
- Familiarity with AI tools for prototyping and product concept validation
