Window Cleaning Technician

$20–$30 per hour | Full-Time | Paid Training
Shine-Eze is looking for dependable, hard-working people to join our growing window cleaning team.
We specialize in professional residential and commercial window cleaning, along with gutter cleaning and soft washing. This is an active, outdoor position where you'll work at different properties throughout the Comox Valley and surrounding areas.
No previous window cleaning experience is required. Full paid training is provided.
What You'll Be Doing
Window cleaning will be the primary focus of this position. Depending on the job, your responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning residential and commercial windows
- Traditional window cleaning using squeegees, tools, and cleaning solutions
- Water-fed pole window cleaning
- Cleaning window frames, sills, and screens
- Gutter cleaning
- Soft washing homes, siding, and other exterior surfaces
- Setting up and safely using ladders and cleaning equipment
- Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment
- Keeping job sites clean and organized
- Providing professional and friendly service to customers
- Following company safety procedures and cleaning standards
You'll work at a variety of homes and businesses, so every day is different.

A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to and from work are strongly preferred.
Having your own transportation is important because job sites can vary throughout the Comox Valley.
Experience
Experience is an asset, but not required. Full paid training is provided.
You'll receive hands-on training in:
- Professional window cleaning techniques
- Water-fed pole systems
- Traditional window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Soft washing
- Ladder and height safety
- Equipment setup and operation
- Job-site safety
- Customer service and professional cleaning standards
Experience in window cleaning, construction, landscaping, painting, roofing, pressure washing, or other hands-on trades is an asset.
Pay
$20–$30 per hour, depending on experience, skills, reliability, and responsibilities.
- $20/hr – Entry-level / training
- $25+/hr – Experienced technicians who can take on additional responsibilities
- Up to $30/hr – Experienced technicians / higher-responsibility positions
Additional earning opportunities may be available through performance bonuses, commission opportunities, and overtime during busy periods.
