Job Summary
Frameboxx is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Counsellor / Counsellor (Sales) to drive student admissions through effective counselling and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background with excellent communication and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic enquiries, and online leads.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and corporate partners.
- Update CRM and ensure accurate lead management.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and admission drives.
Eligibility
- Graduate (MBA in Marketing/HR preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Animation Industry or IT Sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.
- Target-driven with a proven sales track record.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹5.00 – ₹6.50 LPA
- Attractive Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
