We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Recruiter (Contract) to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across Hyundai Motor America. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of functions and levels. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and help drive hiring initiatives that support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

- Maintain a high level of communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

- Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring teams regarding talent market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipelines

- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

- Conduct candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Partnership

- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.

- Facilitate interview scheduling and candidate feedback discussions.

- Support hiring managers with interview best practices and candidate evaluation.

Recruiting Operations

- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruitment procedures.

- Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress.

- Support special recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Required Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a corporate environment.

- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting within the automotive, manufacturing, technology, or corporate services sectors.

- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives.

- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar applicant tracking systems.

- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
