We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle TRCS Senior Lead Consultant to join our team and drive enterprise solutions implementation within the Oracle Transportation and Revenue Cloud Suite (TRCS). Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle TRCS modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Manage cross-functional teams through all project phases, from planning and analysis to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with clients’ executive stakeholders to understand their business needs, develop tailored solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Drive process mapping, business analysis, and data analysis activities to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and operational enhancements.
- Facilitate large-scale organizational change management initiatives by developing strategies that promote adoption and sustainment of new systems.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
- Support business development efforts by researching market trends, preparing proposals, and building strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within technology environments, specifically with enterprise solutions implementation in Oracle TRCS or similar modules.
- Strong background in management consulting with a focus on process improvement, business analysis, and organizational change management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, presentation development, and data analysis purposes.
- In-depth knowledge of strategic planning methodologies, Lean management principles, process mapping techniques, and large-scale organizational change strategies.
- Experience working within consulting firms or professional services organizations is highly desirable.
- Strong research capabilities combined with analytical skills to support decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with project management best practices including risk mitigation, scope control, and stakeholder engagement.

Pay: $62.86 - $75.70 per hour
