Kennel Technician — Full Time

Logic Driven Canine Training is looking for a dependable, hardworking Kennel Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position working directly with dogs in our training and boarding programs. It’s a great opportunity for someone who loves dogs, takes pride in their work, and is interested in potentially developing into a professional dog trainer.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining kennels and facility areas throughout the day
- Feeding, watering, and providing general daily care for dogs
- Walking and exercising dogs
- Providing supervised play and enrichment
- Assisting trainers with dogs and training-related tasks
- Following established handling, safety, cleaning, and care procedures
- Monitoring dogs and communicating any concerns to trainers
- Keeping the facility clean, organized, and professional
- Helping with other day-to-day kennel and facility responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who is reliable and comfortable with the physical nature of kennel work. Applicants should understand that working with dogs involves much more than playing with them—cleaning, organization, attention to detail, and consistency are major parts of the job.
Previous kennel, veterinary, daycare, boarding, dog training, or other professional animal-care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Candidates should be comfortable working with dogs of different breeds, sizes, temperaments, and training levels and be able to follow our trainers’ handling and training instructions consistently.
