Overview:
The Marketing Cloud is seeking a Marketing Manager to provide temporary leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks. This role will serve as a key member of the marketing team, ensuring the continuity and execution of critical marketing initiatives across content, communications, campaign management, events, and marketing operations.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, hands-on marketer who can quickly get up to speed, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced technology and marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations & Program Management

Manage project timelines, briefs, workflows, and execution across multiple marketing initiatives

Coordinate cross-functional projects across marketing, product, PR, web, and leadership teams

Drive project communication, reviews, approvals, and execution readiness

Ensure initiatives remain on schedule and stakeholders stay informed
Content & Communications

Oversee development and distribution of quarterly and customer newsletters

Coordinate blog, social media, and thought leadership content initiatives

Support recurring content programs, including Future of Marketing and related campaigns

Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop and publish content
Campaign & Growth Marketing

Support paid media campaign execution and optimization efforts

Coordinate asset creation and marketing deliverables across internal and external teams

Assist with campaign setup, launch management, and performance tracking

Oversee video production planning, timelines, and project coordination
Events & Sales Enablement

Support event marketing activities before, during, and after key industry events

Coordinate attendee communications, content collection, and post-event amplification

Develop and update sales enablement and marketing materials
-
Provide marketing support for business development initiatives as needed
Budget & Resource Management

Support budget tracking and management across multiple marketing initiatives and products

Help prioritize resources and marketing investments

Coordinate vendor relationships and external marketing partners

Monitor project expenses and paid marketing activities
Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, content marketing, communications, or a related field

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience supporting content, digital marketing, events, or demand generation initiatives

Ability to ramp quickly and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in New York City for this role is $50 - $70/hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
