About the Role
This is a Founders Associate role at an early-stage healthtech startup building a leading GLP-1 platform in Europe. You will work directly alongside the founding team, operating across strategy, operations, and execution to help scale the business from the ground up. The role is high-impact and highly generalist, making it ideal for someone who thrives in lean, fast-moving environments.
What You'll Do

Own end-to-end operational projects that directly drive company growth and efficiency.

Build processes and automations to eliminate repetitive manual work across the organization.

Support cross-functional initiatives spanning product, commercial, and clinical operations.

Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions as the team grows.

Contribute to strategic planning and execution alongside founders.
What We're Looking For

1 to 6 years of experience in operational, business development, or general management roles with measurable business outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to build and implement processes, workflows, or automations that reduce manual work or improve efficiency.

Experience working in early-stage, resource-constrained environments where individuals cover multiple functional areas.

Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high sense of ownership and comfort in ambiguity.

Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) or basic scripting is a plus.

Experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or business intelligence tools is a plus.

Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry environments is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is 55,000 to 90,000 EUR annually, depending on experience.
Location
This role is fully on-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
