We are building a Senior Solution Architect role to shape the end-to-end architecture for a unified global digital ecosystem across LATAM and Europe. You will define solution vision and implementation planning for loyalty platforms, mobile commerce, digital payments, and cloud-native integrations while partnering with enterprise architects and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Define target-state architecture that standardizes international markets while integrating with legacy systems

Assess technologies, vendor products, and cloud services to select and design the best-fit tech stack for loyalty, payments, and commerce modules

Produce Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), high-level designs, API contracts, and non-functional requirements spanning security, scalability, and performance
-
Create technical implementation roadmaps, milestone plans, and phased migration strategies that reduce business disruption during rollout

Collaborate with product management, delivery leads, and client stakeholders to align architectural choices with business goals and budget constraints

Set engineering governance, code review standards, and architectural guardrails across development squads

Drive end-to-end technical implementation plans to ensure full delivery of project business value

Mentor multi-geo, cross-functional engineering, architecture, and DevOps squads
Requirements
-
Extensive experience (5+ years) in Enterprise Solution Architecture, with deep expertise in Cloud-Native Microservices on AWS and distributed systems

Working familiarity with Loyalty Management Systems and Payment Gateways

Exposure to Data Platforms such as Databricks

Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks, including OAuth and PCI-DSS

Proven ability to write Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), high-level designs, and API contracts

Strong capability to define non-functional requirements for security, scalability, and performance
-
Demonstrated experience leading multi-geo, cross-functional engineering and DevOps teams

English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
