About the role✨
As our TA and People and Culture specialist, your world will be a 80 (Recruitment) /20 split of finding amazing new talent and dreaming up ways to make our workplace feel like home.

what your days will look like:
Vibe Management: You’ll be our local chief fun-officer, helping us organise our structured annual events (think team building, end of year parties) to weekly training sessions to anything fun..... just because!
The Space Maker: You’ll be the nurturer of our physical office - making sure it isn't just a place we work, but a sanctuary where the snacks are stocked, the playlist is on point, and the atmosphere feels just right for big ideas.
The Ultimate Welcome: You’ll be the first face our people will see, ensure every new hire feels the love and settles in as a true Vivantian from day one. You’re also the office “go-to person”, being full-time in the office.
Mastering the Hunt: You’ll chat with the brightest minds in Cloud, Data, and AI, running our end-to-end recruitment process guiding candidates through the journey from "Hello" to "You’re hired!

The Basics: Looking for 12 months minimum experience in recruitment, with a bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources or equivalent.
