Yummy Dumplings / Eternal Rivet Corp. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our growing team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple branches.
- Monitor branch sales, targets, and overall performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate branch managers and staff.
- Conduct regular branch visits and operational inspections.
- Monitor inventory, food quality, cleanliness, and store procedures.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance.
- Address operational concerns and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2–3 years of experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, or similar position.
- Experience in restaurant, food service, or retail operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and work under pressure.
- Willing to travel between branches.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- With strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
