Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and help drive our success in delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Cricket Wireless Sales Rep, you will be the friendly face of our store, engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and guiding them to the best wireless solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while providing top-tier service in a dynamic retail environment. You also can earn sales incentive's on each paycheck.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and product knowledge.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase device features and plan options.
- Assist customers with selecting the right phones, accessories, and service plans tailored to their needs.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales.
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases.
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and retail math is advantageous.
- Knowledge of grocery store operations or familiarity with basic math concepts enhances your ability to succeed.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills and proficiency in upselling techniques are essential.
