- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Life Sciences, Biomedical.
- Relevant experience in clinical applications or OT support within Neurosurgery, ENT, or Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery .
- Hands-on experience attending surgeries and interacting with surgeons in the operating room.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with experience in delivering product demonstrations and clinical presentations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India (approximately 50–60% travel ).
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and service teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical application support by attending operating room (OT) procedures and assisting surgeons during product demonstrations and clinical cases.
- Deliver pre-sales and post-sales product presentations, clinical training, and user education to healthcare professionals.
- Support the sales team in product evaluations, installations, and customer onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key stakeholders by providing excellent clinical support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
