Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable AI models and predictive analytics solutions tailored to real estate data and financial metrics using machine learning framework
- Implement statistical modeling techniques and statistical analysis tools to perform research-driven insights on real estate market trends and financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real estate data with other enterprise systems through database design and API development.
- Evaluate AI models for accuracy, scalability, and robustness; oversee model training, deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring in cloud environments like AWS.
- Conduct data mining activities to uncover hidden patterns and generate actionable recommendations for strategic growth initiatives.
- Support the development of visualization dashboards using tools like Looker to communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in machine learning/AI implementation with a strong foundation in statistical analysis for research purposes.
- Familiarity with AI models including generative AI techniques, model evaluation strategies, and model deployment practices.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling tools such as SAS or other advanced statistical analysis tools is highly desirable.
- Strong background in data analytics, data mining techniques, and scalability considerations for large datasets in big data environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple projects focused on real estate finance insights.
Pay: $78,991.59 - $119,215.67 per year
