Wingstop is opening a brand-new restaurant in Auburndale, Florida, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead the restaurant from day one.
This is more than an opportunity to manage a restaurant. As the opening General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build your team, establish the culture, set operational standards, and create the foundation for long-term success.

What You'll Do
- Lead the successful opening and day-to-day operations of our new Auburndale Wingstop.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop the restaurant's opening management and team member staff.
- Establish a strong culture centered around urgency, teamwork, accountability, hospitality, and operational excellence.
- Lead with a relentless focus on food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and future leaders through consistent coaching, feedback, and accountability.
- Drive key business metrics, including sales growth, food cost, labor, Speed of Service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence during peak business periods and lead from the front.
- Build effective schedules based on sales forecasts, business needs, productivity, and expected sales volume.
- Manage inventory, food cost, waste, labor, and other controllable expenses to maximize restaurant profitability.
- Ensure consistent execution of Wingstop standards for food safety, cleanliness, product quality, and restaurant operations.
- Analyze restaurant performance, identify opportunities, and develop measurable action plans to improve results.
- Build relationships within the Auburndale community and identify opportunities to grow local restaurant sales.
- Execute company initiatives and maintain consistent Wingstop brand standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous General Manager or comparable restaurant leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- New restaurant opening experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including sales, labor, food cost, inventory, controllable expenses, and profitability.
- Ability to analyze restaurant performance and turn opportunities into measurable action plans.
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- A hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of urgency.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Ability to establish expectations and consistently hold yourself and your team accountable.
- Dependable, professional, and committed to consistent execution.
- Must have reliable transportation.
