Job Summary
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced o9 Data Science Consultant with strong expertise in supply chain analytics, machine learning, forecasting, and the o9 platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced analytics and AI/ML-driven planning solutions within o9 to improve demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, and business decision-making. The role requires a blend of data science, supply chain domain knowledge, and hands-on o9 implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning challenges and identify opportunities for advanced analytics.
Design and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP processes.
Develop forecasting strategies using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Analyze demand patterns, seasonality, promotions, and external demand drivers to improve forecast accuracy.
Define KPIs and performance metrics such as Forecast Accuracy (MAPE), Bias, Service Levels, Inventory Turns, and Fill Rate.
Translate business requirements into analytical models and actionable insights.
Technical Responsibilities
Configure and customize o9 using IBPL (o9 scripting language),Procedures and action buttons and Data models and measures
Develop and support - Demand workflows,Alerts and exception handling and Work on Solver configuration and tuning, including Constraints (capacity, material, lead time),Objective functions,Netting logic and prioritization
Hands-on experience in o9 Demand Planning module, IBPL coding Data modeling and configuration
Must known with Python, Rplugin and IBPL along with AI/ML Algorithms and scripts.
