Job Title: Agent – Tire Delivery Fleet
We are seeking an experienced Agent to provide transportation and delivery services for tire distribution.
The agent must own and operate a reliable fleet capable of handling high-volume deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service and on-time performance.
Requirements:
Own and operate a fleet that includes:
- High-cube Sprinter vans
- 16-foot box trucks
- 26-foot box trucks
- Ability to safely transport and deliver passenger, light truck, commercial, and specialty tires to customers.
- Valid operating authority, commercial insurance, and all required federal, state, and local licenses. Business LLC or Inc required
- Drivers must possess valid driver's licenses (CDL where required) with clean driving records.
- Maintain DOT compliance and adhere to all applicable safety regulations.
- Ability to perform multi-stop routes, load and unload tires, and meet scheduled delivery windows.
- Utilize GPS and delivery technology to provide accurate proof of delivery and route updates.
- Maintain vehicles in safe operating condition and present a professional appearance.
- Strong commitment to customer service, safety, and operational excellence.
- 5 – 10 Drivers to cover various routes and locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tire, automotive, or final-mile logistics.
- Ability to scale operations to support increasing delivery volumes.
- Experience operating multiple drivers and vehicles.
Service Areas:
The contractor must have the capacity to service routes originating from and/or delivering throughout the California markets:
- Sacramento
- Fresno
- San Jose
- Hayward
- Eureka
- Benicia
