JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for providing basic medical care, first aid, occupational health services, and employee wellness support while ensuring compliance with company and applicable DOLE-OSH requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees.
- Attend to workplace accidents, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
- Maintain employee medical records and clinic documentation.
- Manage medical supplies, medicines, and first-aid equipment.
- Assist in APE, health monitoring, wellness, and health awareness programs.
- Support the implementation of the company’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program.
- Coordinate with HR, Safety Officers, physicians, and medical facilities when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License.
- OHNAP (Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines) Certification/Training preferred.
- BLS and First Aid Certification is an advantage.
- Preferably with experience as a Company/Occupational Health Nurse.
- Good communication, organizational, and emergency response skills.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
