At PCIL, we are not just another Support Coordination Agency.
We do things differently. Our Support Coordinators have a manageable standard caseload of only 30 individuals, a 37.5-hour work week, and the opportunity to increase their monthly income through our ongoing caseload incentive structure.
With our current incentive structure, estimated annual compensation may range from $45,000 to $64,800+, depending on the number of individuals supported.
Unlike many Support Coordination Agencies, PCIL also has an Independent Living Department, giving our Support Coordinators access to additional in-house knowledge, resources, advocacy experience, and disability expertise.
Our team understands the bigger picture of independent living, community inclusion, and person-centered support. That means you are not working in isolation — you are part of a broader mission-driven agency with resources that help both staff and the individuals we serve.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants stability, manageable expectations, meaningful work, and room to grow professionally and financially.
Compensation
Your base salary starts at $45,000 annually for a manageable standard caseload of 30 individuals.
For each individual supported above 30, SCs receive an additional $110 per month, per individual as an ongoing caseload incentive.
Examples:
30 individuals = $45,000 estimated annual compensation
38 individuals = $55,560 estimated annual compensation
45 individuals = $64,800 estimated annual compensation
About the Role
