Overview
We are seeking a professionally trained solo cleaning tech or team to join our team as a sub contractor. We are accepting applicants for small professional cleaning companies with solo cleaners or teams. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for providing residential cleaning and home services with your own supplies. If you have experience in custodial work, professional house cleaning, possess strong time management skills, and excel in effective communication, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning tasks at various facilities
- Conduct home services may include cleaning, garbage removal, laundry, carpet cleaning etc
- Utilize and own professional cleaning products and tools to complete residential cleaning appointments.
- Handle heavy lifting up to 50 lbs as required
- Communicate effectively with ops team and clients to ensure satisfactory services are completed
Requirements
- Prior experience in professional cleaning.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting
- Proficiency in using cleaning products and tools
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent time management abilities to meet appointment timelines
-The successful candidate must adhere to a signed contract regarding company policies and quality control terms.
-The successful candidate must invoice for their cleaning hours worked at the end of each week and will be paid via emt within 1 week of that invoice.
This is tracked via business number or SIN # / work permit if you have no registered business. Each sub contractor must provide their own liability insurance.
You must have your own reliable transportation to travel to client homes. You must provide a clear Canadian criminal record check and or yourself and team members.
Many of our clients are located in Beaumont & South Edmonton, so you must be comfortable and willing to travel these areas for cleaning appointments.
Our Hiring Process
After applying, selected candidates will be asked to complete our Google Form as part of the screening process. Candidates who move forward may be asked an additional round of screening questions before being invited to an interview. If we decide to proceed after the interview, the next step is a paid trial day. Trial days may be scheduled approximately 2 weeks after the interview, depending on availability.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
