Bluevine Data is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Johannesburg.
You'll be on the front line of our AutomaFlow sales engine — reaching out to decision-makers across South Africa, qualifying prospects, and booking discovery meetings and product demos for our senior sales team.
What you'll be doing:
- Cold calling 20+ prospects per day
- Sending personalised outreach emails
- Booking discovery meetings and product demos
- Logging all activity in our CRM (no exceptions)
What we're looking for:
✅ Confident, clear communicator — on the phone and in writing
✅ Resilient and self-motivated — you don't take rejection personally
✅ Organised and disciplined with follow-ups
✅ Experience in a sales, call centre, or client-facing role is a plus
✅ Passion for tech and automation solutions
