Job Responsibilities:
What you can expect

Create, review, and maintain material data submissions in the International Material Data System (IMDS)

Analyze material and substance information received from suppliers

Verify data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements

Support the collection and validation of material declarations and compliance documents
-
Communicate with suppliers regarding missing information, corrections, and data quality issues

Assist in tracking and resolving IMDS rejections and customer feedback
-
Maintain databases, reports, and compliance records
-
Support compliance activities related to automotive regulations and restricted substances

Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, quality, and supplier management teams
-
Participate in continuous improvement activities related to material compliance processes
What you'll bring

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work with databases and large volumes of data

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Ability to learn technical systems and compliance processes

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
