Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting our products/services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided lead list or by generating new leads.
- Present and promote company products and services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall team success.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
