The Role
Are you passionate about reward analytics and turning complex people data into meaningful business decisions?
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Reward & Performance Manager to join our People team on a three-month contract, reporting to the Head of Reward & Performance. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Sonnedix's annual performance management and salary review cycle, working across multiple countries to ensure data accuracy, process discipline and timely execution. You will gain exposure to senior leadership decision-making while helping to deliver one of the most important people processes of the year.
The Reward & Performance Manager will be responsible for coordinating the annual performance and salary review process from preparation and launch through to final reporting and implementation. This includes preparing and validating salary review sheets, managing manager submissions, identifying and resolving data exceptions, supporting calibration activities and producing clear reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders. You will work closely with the People team, managers, Finance stakeholders and senior leadership, helping to drive consistency, fairness and operational excellence throughout the review cycle.
Desirable skills:
- Experience of delivering annual salary reviews within a complex organisation, including ownership of process planning, data validation, manager guidance and final implementation steps
- Strong understanding of annual performance management cycles, including launch communications, manager completion tracking, calibration support and outcome reporting
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities, influence stakeholders at all levels, and deliver complex processes with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, including extracting, validating and reconciling employee data.
- Advanced Excel capability, including data reconciliation, structured formulas, lookups, pivot tables and reporting
- Experience using digital tools, data analytics or automation to improve reporting accuracy, process efficiency and decision-making
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, exceptions and insights from large datasets
