Job Description
The Electrified Motion Division is shaping a sustainable way of driving.
From e-bikes and passenger cars to commercial vehicles – worldwide, we enable our external customers and internal partners to successfully drive electrified mobility forward withour top quality and innovative low and high voltage electrified solutions. We shape the market actively with our power electronics, electric motors, eAxles, comfort actuators, charging solutions, as well as electro mechanical components and systems such as drives for e-bikes and e-scooters, thermal and wiper systems along with vehicle stabilization applications for our internal customers in the divisions.

Main Responsibilities:

Acquisition and Commercial Manager per the Agile Sales blueprint.
-
Responsible to assist Global and Regional Customer Teams in developing and executing sales strategies to reach the yearly acquisition target and to maximize business growth including development of NA pricing strategies.

Responsible for accurate acquisition BBMSP planning (e.g. volumes, pricing, product).

Responsible to maintain and increase relationship building and man-mapping in Advanced and Functional Engineering in coordination with the EM Engineering team for Business Unit.

Responsible for assisting Global and Regional Customer Team strategic war gaming efforts.
-
Active participation in weekly, program-specific, cross-functional team meetings.

Up to 40% travel domestic/ international.
Main Tasks | Acquisition Management:

Lead all Acquisition Activities.
-
Win all pre-aligned business opportunities.
-
Lead and manage cross functional teams through quotation process and coordinate technical meetings for products quoted with appropriate functional areas for presentation to targeted customer contacts.

Coordinate quotation process and submit all necessary documentation using Salesforce such as quotation letters, Terms & Conditions, packaging, capacity, specification deviations, TCD, offer drawings, design descriptions.

Gather competitor market, pricing, and technology intelligence and communicate this intelligence to Bosch via positions papers, meeting minutes / visit reports.

Support coordination of quality/warranty/supply issues.

Coordinate price matrices | production and prototype piece price, tooling, cost disclosures as appropriate.

Upon award, PO check and confirmation then support official hand-off with Commercial Excellence Team to SCC.

Acquisition Business Planning / Capacity Confirmation Planning.

Support all open issues meetings.

Lead and active participation in customer meetings while maintaining and developing strategic relationships (Purchasing, Engineering, Supplier Quality) through regular communications and networking.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Competencies:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related subject matter.
-
5+ years of account management experience within the automotive industry. Experience with electrification product lines/ market is highly preferred. Experience with electronic automotive products also desirable.

Well versed in the following areas: Sales strategy, relationship management, project management, problems solving, and analytical skills.
