We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by assessing their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze various insurance products. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and terms.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Process applications, claims, and renewals in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and new products to provide accurate information to clients.
- Utilize sales administration tools for tracking leads and managing client interactions.
- Engage in telemarketing activities to generate new business opportunities.
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales administration skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly desirable due to the diverse client base.
- Previous telemarketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
