About the Job
The Creative Content Specialist III manages complex briefs independently and contributes significantly to campaign development. This role handles high-visibility deliverables and supports broad campaign executions.
What You’ll Do:
1. Content Writing
- Develop headlines, captions, scripts, articles, newsletters, and other written materials
- Develop messaging structures adaptable across channels
- Ensure alignment with brand voice and strategic direction according to channel and audience
2. Creative Participation
- Contribute actively during brainstorming sessions
- Strengthen ideas with audience insight and relevant context
- Work closely with designers to ensure strong visual-copy alignment
3. Task Management
- Clarify and interpret complex briefs accurately
- Monitor timelines and ensure on-time submission
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Maintain organized documentation of project movements
4. Project Ownership
- Manage high-complexity tasks independently
- Maintain consistent content quality across projects
- Coordinate with marketing stakeholders for content accuracy
- Provide peer-level feedback when needed
- Identify risks and escalate appropriately
What You Need To Have:

At least 4 years of copywriting experience

Proven content development skills with a strong writing portfolio (Tagalog and English)

Excellent command of written and verbal English and Tagalog, with a strong grasp of jargons and pop culture

Strong adherence to brand guidelines

Ability to interpret complex briefs

Experience in multi-channel content development

Computer-literate and comfortable with using Office365 applications and project management tools

Experience in digital and integrated campaigns

Exposure to marketing planning

Basic understanding of campaign analytics
