About the role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise on compliance requirements and related controls related to whistleblowing.

What you'll be doing

Triaging whistleblowing reports

Conducting independent and confidential investigations into complex and highly sensitive whistleblowing matters

Identifying and implementing improvements to whistleblowing policies and processes

Maintaining management information, preparing high-quality investigation reports, and advising on remedial actions resulting from investigations

Producing presentation papers and supplementary dashboards for senior management and relevant committees, highlighting key trends, roadmap items, and performance metrics

Keeping up to date with whistleblowing regulation and legislation, and ensuring adherence to established and evolving standards
What you'll need
-
2+ years of experience conducting internal investigations or handling whistleblowing-related matters

In-depth knowledge of whistleblowing regulation and legislation (e.g., Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 and EU Whistleblowing Directive)

The ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple investigations and other projects at once

Expertise in handling sensitive issues confidentially, with discretion and empathy

The ability to take a risk-based approach to issues, think critically, and ask difficult questions

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

To demonstrate sound judgement that is free from bias and based on facts
Compensation range

Poland: PLN15,500 - PLN20,100 gross monthly*

Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
