Job Description: We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Train and manage the servers, bartender, and hostess
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and loud environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for more than 8 hours
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE FOR THE BAR
- MUST BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE DEKALB ALCOHOL PERMIT
