What You’ll Do:
* Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their goals, challenges, and career aspirations.
* Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to guide students through choosing the right career path.
* Identify and reach out to potential leads through research, networking, and outreach activities.
* Present and promote educational programs using strong communication and consultative selling skills.
* Follow up with inquiries, maintain detailed records, and support students through the entire admissions journey.
*What We’re Looking For*
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and rapport quickly.
* Comfortable with cold calling, target-driven tasks, and handling high-volume outreach.
* A self-starter with enthusiasm for education, growth, and helping others succeed.
* Ability to understand student needs and guide them with clarity and empathy.
* Freshers are welcome and training will be provided.
