Duties
- Take orders from guests accurately and deliver exceptional customer service in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and promote responsible alcohol service
- Manage transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle payments securely
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or events
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding legal requirements for alcohol service
